These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Really AI Home Page platform and related services (collectively, the 'Services') provided by (주)리얼리, located at 1716, Gwangmyeong Station M Cluster, 17, Deogan-ro 104beon-gil, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter 'Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility

However, if a user is a minor under applicable law (e.g., under 19 years of age in the Republic of Korea), the user must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. We may amend these Terms in accordance with revisions to relevant laws or changes to the Services. If the Terms are amended, we will post the revised Terms within the Services, and the amended Terms will become effective from the date of posting.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
  • Severability:If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
